Bronze Level                                                                                                

To complete the Student Leaders Programme at Bronze Level you need to complete the following activities:

1. Attend Introductory Training for your role (i.e. class rep training, committee training).

2. Attend the Bronze Leadership seminar. 

By the end of this session you will be able to:  

Identify common attributes and behaviours of successful leadership

Describe different types of leadership models

Recognise key leadership competencies

Assess your own leadership skills and examine ways to develop them

3. Attend one Personal Development Seminar.

4. Complete a development log based on three activities you have been involved in where you have demonstrated one or more of the key leadership competencies.
