Gold Level

 

 

 

To complete the Gold Level you need to do the following activities:

 

1. Have completed the Bronze and Silver levels of the programme.

 

2. Attend the Gold Leadership seminar.

.

3. Attend a Coaching Skills seminar.

By the end of the session you will be able to:

  • State the different between coaching and mentoring
  • Demonstrate effective active listening techniques
  • Apply questioning skills appropriately within a coaching session
  • Incorporate the GROW model in to a coaching session

 

4.  Complete a development log based on two activities you have been involved in where you have demonstrated one or more of the key leadership competencies.
