Silver Level

To complete the Silver Level you must complete the following activities:

1. Have completed the Bronze Level of the programme.

2. Attend the Silver Leadership Seminar on Emotional Intelligence.

  By the end of this session you will be able to:

• Define Emotional Intelligence and state the 4 E.I. clusters
• State the importance of self awareness
• Apply competency-based interview techniques
• Assess your own Emotional Intelligence competencies

3. Attend a Presentation Skills seminar.

  By the end of this session you will be able to:

• State the behaviours of a good presenter
• Demonstrate effective preparation techniques
• Prepare a well structured presentation
• Incorporate the above skills in a presentation that you will deliver to the rest of the training group and received feedback

(Please bring a short presentation with you to this session.  It can be on a topic of your choice and should last a maximum of 5 minutes.)

4.  Complete a development log based on two activities you have been involved in where you have demonstrated one or more of the key leadership competencies.
