Due to the resignation of Vice President Education, Neill Clark, we will now be holding a by-election for this position.

The election will take place online between from 10am on Monday 7th until 12 noon on Friday 11th of July. All GCU students including those who have just graduated will be able to vote.

This year's Students' Association Elections took place between the 3rd and 7th of March. The total turnout was 2,559 which is the highest ever turnout at GCU. The following candidates were elected:

During the elections we also elected our five delegates to attend the National Union of Students annual conference and they were: Sinead Wylie, Monika MacDonald, Neill Clark, Michael Stephenson and Danielle Borrett.

Two referenda were held. The first of which was an indicative vote on Scottish Independece which resulted in a No vote. The second was regarding supporting proposed industrial action by the campus trade unions and this too resulted in a No vote.
