The Student Leaders Programme is a fantastic way to develop the range of skills and capabilities that virtually every employer is looking for in potential recruits, often called ‘employability skills’. Employability skills are vital to finding emloyment and according to a CBI survey 82% of businesses said it is the single most important consideration when recruiting graduates. However 70% of employers said that university students need to do more to prepare themselves to be effective in the workplace.

The Student Leaders Programme not only encourages the development of leadership but will help you develop employability skills, build up the evidence to show you have them and put you in a strong position for the future to pursue a career in whatever field you eventually select.
